Pages describe professional assessment, workshop, review, and advisory work related to network-connected application latency and uptime analytics. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing.

No professional guarantee of outcomes

Findings reflect measurements and information available during the engagement window. We do not guarantee that following recommendations will eliminate all delay or availability gaps, and we do not assume change control over your systems.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and our document templates remain our property. Deliverables produced for a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal use as stated in the statement of work. You may not copy site content for commercial republication without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set out in the statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daegu, Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
