Who we are

About NetCloud Services

We help application owners and operations teams understand where delay builds up on network-connected paths—and how reliably those journeys stay available during the windows that matter.

Origin

NetCloud Services began in Daegu after years of sitting between network and application conversations that talked past each other. One side brought hop timings; the other brought screen complaints. Neither alone explained why a partner integration felt slow on Tuesday mornings.

The practice formed around a simple offer: measure latency and note uptime for the journeys people actually use, then write findings in language both groups can act on.

Working approach

We start with scope, not tools. Which applications, which endpoints, which hours in Korea Standard Time. Measurement windows are agreed in advance. Findings are ranked so change owners know what to tackle first.

We do not sell monitoring licences or staff a 24/7 desk. When an engagement ends, you keep the baselines, notes, and cadence recommendations.

Values

  • Evidence before opinion—samples and timelines over slogans.
  • Clear ownership—network delay and application wait time named separately.
  • Respect for production—read-only access and approved synthetic endpoints only.
  • Local presence—remote-first across Korea with optional sessions from our Daegu office.
