Engagement

Latency & Uptime Assessment

A fixed-scope review of how your network-connected applications behave under real traffic: where delay accumulates, how often services stay available, and what to measure next.

Who it is for
Operations leads, application owners, and infrastructure teams responsible for customer-facing or partner-facing applications that depend on network paths between sites, clouds, or branches.
Result
A written assessment with measured latency baselines, uptime observation notes for the review window, a ranked list of delay contributors, and a practical measurement plan your team can keep running after we leave.
Scope
Includes kickoff scoping call, collection of existing telemetry and topology notes, guided measurement windows across agreed endpoints, analysis of latency percentiles and availability gaps, and a closing readout with prioritised findings.
Included
  • Scoping workshop (up to 90 minutes)
  • Endpoint and path inventory for in-scope applications
  • Latency sampling plan for agreed measurement windows
  • Uptime observation notes for the engagement period
  • Findings document with ranked delay contributors
  • Recommended ongoing measurement cadence
Not included
  • Ongoing 24/7 monitoring staffing
  • Software product licences or hosted dashboards
  • Code changes or infrastructure remediations
  • Legal or regulatory compliance certification
Provider
Led by NetCloud Services analysts based in Daegu, working remotely with your team and optionally on-site for kickoff or readout when travel is arranged.
Process
  1. Confirm in-scope applications, endpoints, and success criteria
  2. Gather existing logs, synthetic checks, and path diagrams
  3. Run agreed measurement windows and note availability gaps
  4. Analyse delay sources across hops, queues, and application wait time
  5. Present findings and hand over the measurement plan
Duration
Typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff to readout for a single application family; larger estates are scoped as multi-phase work.
Delivery
Remote-first across Korea Standard Time, with optional on-site sessions in Daegu or at your Korean office when scheduled in advance.
Preparation
Nominate a technical contact, list the applications and endpoints to review, and share any existing synthetic checks, traceroute samples, or incident notes from the last quarter.
Constraints
We measure and advise; we do not take production change control. Access must be limited to read-only telemetry and approved test endpoints.
Pricing basis
Fixed engagement fee based on application count and measurement window length. Starting from ₩4,800,000 for a focused single-application review.

See the assessment guide for preparation checklists and typical timelines.
